The Singapore Zoo has been attracting visitors from across the globe since 1973. It is known for being one of the most beautiful wildlife parks in the world. The animals here roam around freely and live in habitats that are quite naturalistic. The zoo is spread over 26 hectares located within the lush Mandai rainforest and extends over to the Upper Seletar Reservoir. The zoo inhabits over 2,800 animals of 300 different types of species of mammals, birds, fishes and reptiles.

Itinerary
- Jungle Breakfast: If you are an early riser then you will enjoy a delicious buffet with a family of free-ranging orang-utans. Singapore zoo is the first place to offer breakfast in the naturalistic habitat of orang-utans. The award winning breakfast programme of the Singapore zoo allows you to dine with these remarkable apes and even take pictures with them. The breakfast is a buffet of western-style and local morning delights.
- Animals in Naturalistic Habitats: When it’s time for your guided zoo tour, you will be taken on a journey to the zoo’s open habitats in an open-air tram. Following a new concept in animal keeping, the habitats are specially designed to imitate a wide variety of natural wildlife environments, from the foothills of the Himalayas to the rain-forest of Southeast Asia. As you ride along, you will get to the opportunity to see several animals representing over 300 species of reptiles, birds and mammals.
- The Animal Friends Show: This show has plenty of laughs to offer and gives us a ‘friendly’ reminder that all of us can get along in this world. After all, if dogs, cats and mice can, why can’t we? The show highlights the strong bond between various domestic animals and their trainers as well. You will also get to see these animals indulged in some fun games, which will simply leave you amazed.
